Q - Do I need a doctors referral
A - No just book an appointment by telephone 01708 740498 , if we need to liaise with your G.P. we always seek your permission first. We are trained as diagnostic clinicians.

Q - Do you accept health insurance.
A - We no longer deal direct with health insurers but we will issue a receipt on request

Q - How long are sessions / appointments
A - Chiropody/Podiatry standard - 30mins

Q - How many sessions will I need
A - The majority of chiropody visits are single appointments some occasionally need a follow up. Verruca treatments may require many visits .

Q - Am I too old or young for treatment
A - One of our youngest client is a few months old, to our current oldest at 97. We tailor all our treatments to suit the needs of all physical and emotional abilities.

Q - What is the difference between a Chiropodist and Podiatrist.
A - NONE. The term Chiropody is more often used in private practice and Podiatrist in the NHS the training and qualifications are now the same.

Q What areas do you cover?

A- We no longer do home visits but our clinic customers come from Hornchurch,Romford,Upminster,Gidea Park,Collier Row,Elm Park etc.
